... Is anyone thinking about going down to California/Vegas still?

I was trying to fool myself into being totally content, which was working until I got a phone call from someone I met at the shows, auuugh. I have to, at some point, get down to CA to get my passport anyway... (yeah, keep telling yourself that the passport is the most important thing, Tash.)

It'd just have to be on the megacheap. Hmm. I don't know. I could maybe coerce Mum into driving and that's a big maybe. I'd have to find someone else to feed at the barn on the Saturday. Aaand it is a long drive, a really long drive to SoCal.

I'm probably tired and delirious from a long day in the heat, but it's definitely doable if costs can be cut...

I was supposed to and really wanting to knowing that I have of relatives down there (LA, Vegas, San Diego and Frisco) and my Dad is in San Diego right now. I am really nearly earlier but then my Mom cancelled her CA trips for this week. So now I am strapping myself to stop this madness and my co-worker called me obsessed with them yesterday... LOL >D

Hahaha! Oh man, I know. My trainer listened to the whole story with this big smile on his face, like, "now I see why you couldn't come in all week." :| YEAH WELL HYDE > HORSES K. THERE, I SAID IT.

I wish I could drive! I'd take us! Auuugh. Vegas flights from Portland are about $320. Once you're down there, if you can either hitch a ride with other fans or rent a car, the expenses aren't so severe... it's cheaper than driving, I'm sure. Flights to L.A., though, are like $500+. Not cool. :\ So even if I didn't want to do the Vegas show, it might turn out to be more cost effective.

Awww thanks... I wish I could as well I do have the car but then I have issues with driving. *sigh* I could just drive down to Portland pick you up and off we go to CA. LOL And if I am 100% sure on this I can have flights anywhere for like $90 one way anywhere. Gotta love travelocity for those but then I have to reserve those a week before. XD

I know... *sigh*

Hmmm, try those sites travelocity or priceline they really have reasonable prices for flights and hotels at most times.

Wish I can help a lot and wish I can go still BUT NOPE. I am strapping myself here saying "BE WITHIN REASON" :/ *scrunchesface*

I am also an idiot. I was looking at return flights. One way to Vegas and then from Vegas to L.A. would be a lot cheaper. ... It's still just getting back up to Portland that's the problem. XD
