Mar. 25th, 2008 01:25 amOh so unmotivated. The LJ content strike happened and I never really picked back up, thus proving that I only want LJ when I can't have it, and the moment it returns, I go back to being unmotivated about it. Brilliant.
I think my Mum and some friends (and even the man in question) are encouraging my conspiracy theories/paranoia/tinfoil hat moments a little too much. But tonight, this was just ridiculous.
Anyone who has been following Sakura's blog surely remembers that bit about the weird clapping in the park he used to rehearse at, right? Aliens or ghosts or what the heck ever he thought it was, I swore mine updated about it, too. I SWORE. I remembered it. I remembered people calling him insane. But nobody remembered it but me! And my Mum, which at least gave me the motivation to find the Japanese post again.
I could have typed it from memory for the mostpart, remembering how it was phrased, and just as I hit the part about the lights and the wind, my nose started running. My first thought was HUH, hayfever's bad, so I wiped my nose on the back of my hand and pressed on. Until I noticed DROPLETS OF BLOOD ON MY SCREEN AND A SMEAR OF BLOOD ON THE BACK OF MY HAND.
It was like turning on a tap, what the hell. A tap that has honest to god never been turned on before. I have never had a blood nose before, and this was like a fountain. It was kind of unpleasant. JUST A LITTLE.
... But the timing, man. The timing. I swore that post was there, it was like I wrote it yesterday. I just couldn't find it. And then... this!
I'm almost afraid to go do the googling I had planned tonight now. WHAT IF I TYPE IN THE KEYWORDS AND MY HAND FALLS OFF OR SOMETHING?
PARANOIA IS TOTAL AWARENESS. ... Don't anybody be surprised if I scare myself into not sleeping with what I'm about to do.
