Yes, Bubka, or Bubuka, the gossip rag/tabloid responsible for publishing many rumours and photos of the "let's piss off and/or make celebrity lives awkward... or give them amazing publicity" variety. In his case, he appeared to talk fuck. Or, literally, "FUCKTALK!!!!" with Kei-tee in her ROCK column.
